LED Backpack Exchange/Return Condition Guarantee
At Billboard Bag, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest quality standards for our products. To uphold this, we have established the following guidelines for returning your LED Backpack:

Exchange Eligibility
If the product is determined to be defective within the 7-day reporting period, Billboard Bag may provide an exchange for the same item once the original product is returned.

Condition Guarantee Requirement: Before returning the backpack, the customer must provide visual proof of its condition. The bag must be free of scratches, dents, or any visible damage. This ensures that the product is in a resalable condition upon return.

How to Show Video Proof:

Record a clear video of the bag from multiple angles (front, back, sides, and bottom), ensuring good lighting.

Highlight the LED screen and demonstrate that it functions correctly and is scratch-free.

To confirm the date of verification, Include a timestamp or show the current date (via a phone screen or written note) in the video to confirm the bag’s condition on the day of shipment.

This verification allows our team to determine whether the issue can be resolved through troubleshooting or if an exchange is required.
4. Approval Process:

Email the video to our customer service team at Support@BillboardBag.com for approval before shipping the item.

Once we have reviewed and approved the video, you will receive confirmation to proceed with shipping.

Return Rejection:

If the product is returned with scratches, dents, or any damage not shown in the approved video, the return will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

No refund will be processed if the product is received in a damaged condition that was not pre-approved.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning the product unless otherwise stated by our internal team.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Billboard Bag is not liable for lost or undelivered returns.

Chargeback Protection
- If a transaction has already been disputed and resolved in favor of the merchant, the same transaction may not be disputed again under a different reason code.
- Customers may not retain merchandise while attempting to reverse payment through a chargeback
Failure to Contact the Merchant
