  • Billboard Bag: Our luxury LED backpacks are designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, and creators. Each bag includes LED technology for displaying images, videos, or animations, as well as NFC capabilities through our premium black card.

  • Customization: Custom branding options are available, allowing customers to display unique content for promotional use. Custom graphics are non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

2. Order Process

  • Pricing and Availability: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Availability of products may vary, and we reserve the right to discontinue or limit product quantities.

  • Order Acceptance: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. However, this does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time, with refunds issued as applicable.

3. Billing and Payment

  • Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments must be received in full before orders are processed.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD. For international customers, exchange rates may vary based on your bank’s policies.

  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks will be subject to investigation. We encourage customers to contact us with any issues prior to filing a dispute, as we are committed to resolving concerns directly.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • International Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: We will assist in locating lost packages, but once shipped, the responsibility lies with the carrier. For packages that arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Use of LED Screens: Content displayed on the LED screen must comply with public decency laws. Billboard Bag is not responsible for any misuse of this feature.

  • Limited Warranty: Each Billboard Bag is covered by a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturer defects. This does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or alterations.

  • Proper Use: The LED screens and battery components must be used per the instruction manual. Failure to follow instructions may void the warranty.

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the safety and appropriate use of the backpack, especially when used in crowded or public spaces.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Personal Data: We collect necessary personal information to process orders, fulfill customer service, and improve user experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
