Liability Limitation:
Once an order has been shipped, all liability transfers to the customer. Billboard Bag is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delivery delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.However, Billboard Bag will assist in filing claims and, at its discretion, may offer a replacement for lost or severely delayed backpacks. If a replacement is issued, the customer agrees to return the original backpack to Billboard Bag immediately upon its eventual delivery. A prepaid return label will be provided by Billboard Bag for this purpose.
